John Butts has nearly a decade of experience providing technical assistance to rural health initiatives with a focus on enhancing local health system capacity, multi-sector collaboration, and long-term sustainability of community health improvement efforts. He serves a broad range of rural stakeholders that include hospitals, federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics, county health departments, academic institutions, and community-based organizations. Mr. Butts possesses expertise in strategic planning, evaluation, quality improvement, partnership development, training, meeting design and facilitation, communications, curriculum and tool development, and sustainability planning. He has served as a board member for the Georgia Rural Health Association since 2014.
