Christina Rolando serves as the cultural competency program manager and national point person for all local markets. She is committed to continuously increasing cultural awareness, supporting health literacy, and reducing health care disparities towards the goal of health equity for all members. Her focus is on effective and equitable care and services by respecting and honoring each member’s cultural health beliefs, practices, preferred language, and socioeconomic background. Christina completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Hartford in 2010, obtained her Paralegal degree from St. Joseph’s College, and is a Licensed Producer by the State of Connecticut Insurance Department.
