Bill Rencher is an attorney and senior research associate at the Georgia Health Policy Center (GHPC) and serves as the senior advisor to GHPC CEO, Karen Minyard. His expertise includes federal and state Medicaid regulations, compliance reviews, legal analysis, and report writing. Rencher also has experience with hospital financial assistance programs, federal and state health care laws and regulations, the Affordable Care Act, and research ethics. In addition to his senior advisor work, Rencher serves on GHPC’s Medicaid Policy and Business Team and the Center of Excellence for Children’s Behavioral Health, as well as leading GHPC’s Health Reform Work Group.
