Jeff Natter is Executive Director of the Pacific Hospital Preservation & Development Authority. The Pacific Hospital PDA’s mission is to champion accessible, effective healthcare for vulnerable and underserved populations in the Puget Sound region through focused grantmaking and advocacy. Jeff has worked in the public health field for over 30 years, with much of that time focused on HIV/AIDS issues. Prior to joining PHPDA, he served as Manager of the Ryan White HIV Program at Public Health – Seattle & King County. In this position, he oversaw local HIV services funding from the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), amounting to approximately $7 million annually. He began his career during the early days of the HIV/AIDS epidemic as Associate Coordinator of Crisis Services with New York City’s Gay Men’s Health Crisis. Jeff has also managed health education programs at Northwest AIDS Foundation and the National Hemophilia Foundation. Jeff is a graduate of Amherst College, Yale University School of Drama and Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
