Linda Kinney, MHA is the Deputy Executive Director of Care Share Health Alliance. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the technical assistance center, program operations, and innovation and business development for the organization. She also provides on-site technical assistance to communities across North Carolina with expertise in collaboration building, Collaborative Network development, strategic planning, collective impact, leadership development, program development and capacity building . Previous to her position as the Deputy Executive Director of Care Share Health Alliance, Linda served as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Association for Healthcare Access and Director of Health Access for the Buncombe County Medical Society Foundation. During her tenure with the Buncombe County Medical Society, she directed Project Access and was instrumental in replicating the model across North Carolina. Linda has a background in fundraising and community organizing through her work with the Girls Scouts of Western North Carolina and the United Farm Workers’ Farmworker Health Program and organic Farmworker Cooperative in South Texas. Linda received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Wisconsin at Madison and her Master’s of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
